Products and Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and may be subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our return policy.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products, in the store, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer.

All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any product or service offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

Purchases

The purchase process is simple and is described as follows:

• First, products are added to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
• Then we can enter the Cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon available on the website in the View Cart button.
• When the user is ready to purchase they can proceed to the checkout screen by clicking on the shopping cart icon available on the Website on the Checkout button, or from the drop down option in the Online Store menu, Checkout option.
• They will then see the summary of all items and will be able to enter any existing coupons.
• They will provide all the contact and delivery information for your order.
• Finally, they will select the payment method to use and process the order with the Place order button.

Some products (DECORATIONS) must be ordered at least 3 days (ONE WEEK) in advance, if you want it overnight you must confirm availability.

We do not have a fixed delivery time. You only have to choose if you want the morning shift from 9.00am to 12.00pm or late at night from 1.00pm to 9.00pm. We cannot give you an estimated delivery time, it would be at the corresponding schedule you have chosen. (9 a.m. to 5pm).

When balloons (latex or foil) are placed directly in the sun the latex or metallized material boils and the balloons explode. Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat, the steam, causes them to deflate or explode.

For shipments you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if possible attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for the delivery. BALLOONS BOUTIQUE BY CYNTHIA is not responsible for shipping and delivery charges if the customer provides incorrect data for delivery.

If you choose to pick up the (BALLOONS ARRANGEMENT), take into consideration that our products are large, bulky and delicate, you must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your (BALLOONS ARRANGEMENT) may arrive.

At We will upload to our Social media and website photos of the client and product (BALLOONS ARRANGEMENT) if you do not agree with the publication of these images please notify us. We promise not to publish the client, however, we will publish our work.

In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be verified to schedule a new date. In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the order is placed, in the case that the product to be made is already started, no refund will be made.

Price and Promotions

The prices of the products and services available in the E-commerce of COMPANY NAME while they appear as available, will only be valid and applicable in this site and will not be applicable to other sales channels used by the companies, such as telephone sales, sales in stores (physical stores), other electronic sales sites, catalogs or others.

The prices of the products offered on the website are expressed in U.S. dollars. The prices offered correspond exclusively to the value of the goods offered and do not include charges for transportation, handling, shipping, accessories that are not expressly described or any other additional item or bank interest charges for the method of payment used. The period of validity of promotions or offers is that which coincides with the expiration date indicated in the promotion or by virtue of the depletion of the quantities of products available for that promotion duly informed to the User, or as long as the offer remains available, the shorter of these periods. Whenever a promotion does not indicate a termination date, it will be understood that the activity will be extended until the depletion of the corresponding inventories.

Payment method

- Credit Card: Secure payment via credit card. You will be redirected to the bank's website securely. The activity of our commerce and the transaction are made in the United States of America.

- PayPal: After confirming the order the customer will be taken to the PayPal website using their secure payment platform. Once the payment process is completed, you will be redirected back to the store.

Warranty and returns

If you make a purchase online or remotely, once the request has been made and agreed through the website or other electronic means such as WhatsApp, or other means, you declare to know the qualities and characteristics of the product, to have made all inquiries and resolved all doubts you have about the product. Our company DOES NOT ACCEPT product returns.

All products have a 3 month legal warranty (24 HOURS ) from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for failures in a product caused by conflicts during the manufacture of the product. It is important to keep the bill or sales receipt issued by BALLOONS BOUTIQUE BY CYNTHIA during this period to make the warranty valid.

The warranty of the products in no case covers shipping costs to or from our company. If under warranty you have to send a product to our company, the warranty DOES NOT COVER that shipping cost.

Single-use, perishable products do not have warranty, such as (LATEX AND FOIL BALLOONS).

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract, We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may be suffered.
